Burbank, CA (October 17, 2005) – Demonstrating the hip-hop community’s support for the parent friendly DA JAMMIES, Ginuwine, Mario, KansasCali, LaLa Vasquez, DBI, DJ Clue, Mc Lyte, YoYo, Lil J, Kurosawa Mika Todd, Darius McCrary, Morgan Smith, J.Naugh-T!, Lina, Raven Elise, Shane Tsurugi, and Aquiah Ma’at have joined the cast of the all-new original lifestyle kid’s entertainment brand.

Combining groundbreaking animation hip-hop dance moves & music from the industry’s top selling recording artists,
DA JAMMIES is the brainchild of Toonfarm LLCWilliam (Dolla) Chapman II, a music producer, composer and performer, and Aulsondro (Novelist) Hamilton, a music producer, composer and performer who is currently a member of the Alternative Rock R&B Rap duo KansasCali.

DA JAMMIES focuses on two adolescent groups who attend a school for the performing arts and their quest to make it in the “big time” of the Hip-Hop biz as singers, rappers and dancers. Produced in the style of a music video, the animated feature follows the daily adventures, of two “crews:” the “BattleBrats,” city kids whose parents are top-level executives with all the right connections, and “Da Jammies,” five extremely talented kids from suburban, blue-collar families with no connections at all. As the story chronicles the kids’ trials and tribulations of life at school, the characters deal with real-life situations and experiences from peer pressure to becoming one of the crowd, as they develop their won motto for success—“hard work and dedication.”
